The Tech Support Hub - Terms of Service

By subscribing to The Tech Support Hub, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully to understand how this service operates.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW. The Tech Support Hub provides small business owners with ongoing technical support in a simple, structured way. As a member, you receive:

  • One tech support request per week (defined as a single question or focused issue).

  • A personalised response within 1–2 business days via email.

  • Access to an exclusive knowledge base with troubleshooting guides and resources.

  • The ability to cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.

2. WHAT’S COVERED This service is designed to help with small business tech-related questions, including but not limited to:

  • Squarespace troubleshooting and guidance

  • Digital systems setup and optimisation

  • Email marketing, automation, and integrations

  • Productivity tools and workflows

3. WHAT’S NOT COVERED. To keep this service efficient and effective, the following are not included:

  • Urgent or real-time support

  • Complex projects requiring extensive setup or custom coding

  • Full website redesigns or migrations

  • Tasks requiring login access to your systems (support is provided via guidance only, unless you are previous client)

  • Any work exceeding the scope of a single question or issue

For larger or more complex support needs, additional support tickets or a VIP Day may be required.

4. SUPPORT REQUEST GUIDELINES.

  • One question per week: Each support request should focus on a single issue. If your request covers multiple issues, I may ask you to refine it or suggest additional support options.

  • Response time: I aim to respond within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Communication: All support is provided via email. If your issue requires a more in-depth explanation, I may direct you to a knowledge base resource or recommend a support ticket or VIP service.

5. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION.

  • Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis.

  • You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.

  • If payment fails, your access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. FAIR USE POLICY. This service is designed to provide reasonable, ongoing support. Abuse of the service (e.g. excessive or repeated requests outside the stated scope) may result in a review of your membership.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY.

  • The advice and guidance provided are based on best practices and experience. Implementation is at your discretion, and I am not responsible for any unintended outcomes.

  • The Tech Support Hub does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond my control.

  • I reserve the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
