It is important to note that when you book a System Setup VIP Day, you are booking me for the DAY, not a set of deliverables. But because of my experience and my super-efficient process, I am able to achieve maximum results in our time together. How much we are able to accomplish depends on your quick response to my text messages throughout our day and thoroughly completing the questionnaires prior to starting, so keep that in mind when you choose your date.

THE VIP DAY - £750

What’s included in your VIP Day:

  • A 1 hour kick off call

  • An extensive system setup workbook

  • 1 hour of preparation work by me

  • 6 hours of my dedicated time on the day

  • 30 days of follow up technical support

HOW IT WORKS

  • Once you receive your booking link, select a date and secure with a 50% deposit. You will need time to complete the workbook, have a kick off call, and be available on the day to answer any questions I have, or give me feedback about the work. Please consider this when you book your date.

  • Once you have booked and paid your deposit, I will send you a workbook to complete before your day. This must be completed at least 48 hours before your day. You also have the option to book a kick off call.

  • On the day we will communicate via WhatsApp. I will drop you a message when I get started. I’ll spend a full day dedicated to streamlining your systems.

  • Your VIP Day also includes 30 days of follow-up support. This is to give you plenty of time to fully process all the work I did for you and allow you the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions.

    Additional VIP days can be booked at a discounted rate, along with half days and power hour slots.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I’ve always believed in making things simple for my clients, but now I’m even more committed to creating streamlined, fuss-free experiences. My VIP days are designed to deliver impactful results quickly and without stress. No endless back-and-forth or complicated timelines—just a focused, efficient process that gets things done.

  • I have used over 100 different systems and tools for many different clients. There is no “one size fits all” option. I have my favourites but we will work together to find the best fit for you depending on the complexity of your systems, budget and tech-savviness.

  • Most people don’t book without speaking to me first so after we have had our discovery call I will send you my booking link. From there you will be able to select a date and pay your 50% deposit.

    However, if you feel ready to book, you can do so here.

  • If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can do so at least 7 days before the scheduled start time of the service and you will not lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule within 7 days of the scheduled start time of your service, then your deposit is non-refundable.

    My full cancellation policy can be found in the Terms of Service.

  • Yes you can. When you have your discovery call I will be able to advise whether I think you will need any additional days. These can be booked at a discounted rate.

    You will be surprised how much I can achieve in one day, but if you require additional functionality then further days may need to be booked.

  • I will send you an extensive workbook to complete before our day together. This includes every aspect of your systems.

    This will need to be completed in as much detail before we have our kick off call, as this is the key to a successful VIP day.

  • The VIP day process is quite interactive so although we don’t need to be working together via video call, I will need you respond to my feedback requests or questions in a timely manner. Otherwise, this may delay my process and I won’t achieve as much on the day.

  • You have 30 days of support following your VIP day, where you have the opportunity to ask questions about the work that I have done.

    Beyond the 30 days, you can book additional VIP days or I offer half days or power hours to existing clients.
