It is important to note that when you book a VIP Half Day, you are booking me for the HALF DAY, not a set of deliverables. But because of my experience and my super-efficient process, I am able to achieve maximum results in our time together. How much we are able to accomplish depends on your quick response to my text messages throughout our time together and thoroughly completing the questionnaire prior to starting, so keep that in mind when you choose your date.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you receive your booking link, select a date and secure with a 50% deposit. You will need time to complete the questionnaire, have a kick off call, and be available on the day to answer any questions I have, or give me feedback about the work. Please consider this when you book your date.

Once you have booked and paid your deposit, I will send you a questionnaire to complete before your day. This must be completed at least 48 hours before your day. You also have the option to book a kick off call.

On the day we will communicate via WhatsApp. I will drop you a message when I get started. I’ll spend a half day dedicated to your to do list.

Your VIP Day also includes 30 days of follow-up support. This is to give you plenty of time to fully process all the work I did for you and allow you the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions.
Additional VIP days can be booked at a discounted rate, along with half days and power hour slots.

Yes! The VIP Half Day is perfect for smaller tasks or if you only need help with specific projects. It’s a streamlined version of the full VIP Day, ideal for getting things done in a short amount of time.

Most people don’t book without speaking to me first so after we have had our discovery call I will send you my booking link. From there you will be able to select a date and pay your 50% deposit.
However, if you feel ready to book, you can do so here.

If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can do so at least 7 days before the scheduled start time of the service and you will not lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule within 7 days of the scheduled start time of your service, then your deposit is non-refundable.

We’ll prioritise your most important tasks to make sure we achieve maximum impact. If more help is needed, we can discuss follow-up options like additional sessions or a full VIP Day.

Yes! Come with a clear idea of the tasks you need help with, any necessary logins, and have access to your tools or platforms. The more specific you are, the more we can accomplish.

The VIP day process is quite interactive so although we don’t need to be working together via video call, I will need you to respond to my feedback requests or questions in a timely manner. Otherwise, this may delay my process and I won’t achieve as much on the day.

You have 30 days of support following your VIP day, where you have the opportunity to ask questions about the work that I have done.
Beyond the 30 days, you can book additional VIP days or I offer half days or power hours to existing clients.
